Return & Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

• The item is damaged

• The item is defective

• The wrong item was delivered

We do not offer returns or exchanges for other reasons, including sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

• Email info@fulutee.com within 7 days of receiving your order

• Include your order number

• Provide clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Refund Approval

In order to qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
